    Name & Plan

    Rectras is name first three letter of Recruitment and Training. The time two young recruiters were thinking ahead of time and using many mind mapping techniques for Recruitment Industry.

  • 2015

    Our first endeavour

    Rectras secured it's the very first hiring assignment from a global leading Bioinformatics company for PAN India resources expansion and bagged reasonable assignments from aspiring founders for their Pilot Team hiring setup. Until this time we were working from co-working centers in Chennai.

  • 2016

    The surge

    We started operations on our private office space in Ashok Nagar,Chennai.Finding talented resources for our startup. Secured handful hiring assignments from Product Development companies from global media, BFSI and e-commerce companies in PAN India and Middle Markets.

  • 2017

    FullStack Recruitment

    Rectras is pioneer in FullStack recruitment strategies and we starting implementing this business model to our customers.
