We are looking for a Sr Talent Acquisition Manager based in India. Our talent acquisition team builds our success by identifying extraordinary people who can share our vision to leverage our existing competitive advantage. In this role, you will find yourself in direct partnership with key key stakeholders in the organization, meeting their recruitment needs by managing key strategic hires that align with core values. You will be responsible for developing and driving our recruitment strategy across India and working closely with the existing team to help improve processes and identify new sourcing strategies.

 

• Lead, motivate and coach a team of Talent Partners to meet the needs of our ambitious hiring plans across multiple functions and locations in India.
• Work in partnership with hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process.
• Be responsible for the general objectives of the team.
• Measure and cascade recruitment reports on a weekly/monthly/quarterly cadence, and make data-informed decisions.
• Champion the passion for inclusion and diversity initiatives, and continue to grow our business as an inclusive and special place.
• Help ensure the team is structured and aligned to respond appropriately to changing business priorities.
• Develop measurement and feedback mechanisms to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition plans, programs, processes and tools
• Hands on recruitment efforts to attract talent.
• Solid experience in a leadership role in the talent acquisition function with exposure to the management team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong negotiation skills, strong ownership and results orientation
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders, with a focus on building trust through proactive solutions, delivering on commitments, and honest and transparent communication
• Lead by example as an ambassador for the team and the organization with a clear focus on ethics, diversity, open communication, teamwork and values ​​that highlight and promote the employer brand and employee value proposition
• In-depth knowledge of the entire candidate lifecycle, talent mapping, research, sourcing, closing interviews
• Experience in building inclusive and diverse teams.
• Understand the concept of managing a recruiting function by designing, building and implementing more productive ways to attract talent.

• 10+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in industry or technology organization.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Proven track record in identifying and closing hard-to-attract candidates.
• Track record of building and coaching high performing recruiting teams.
• Proven data-driven approach to decision making.
• Ability to think strategically and proactively.
