Looking to hire someone have experience working at global projects.Also handled cross-cultural teams.Would be nice to have technical expertise on data analytics and cloud platforms. This Is the leadership opportunity where we are looking for program managers from service-based organisations which are at CMMi  level 3 above.

  1. Worked in one of the recent technology projects such as Cloud / Mobile projects, Data Analytics, Large SAP implementation projects.  Importance is provided to the implementation project when compared to Support projects
  2. Provides support to project teams in developing and managing project cost & schedule estimates, associated resource plans, project controls, project funding approvals, economic analysis, and information management
  3. Effectively applies project tracking and control techniques and supporting tools to include reviewing / analyzing project controls data and trends
  4. Supports project teams in obtaining project funding, reviews and approvals, and ensures appropriate capture and storage of related endorsements
  5. Supports project teams in developing project economic analyses and models including facilitating the development of benefits capture plans
  6. Provides guidance regarding selection of methodology: Traditional (Waterfall, PERT, CPM) & Agile (Lean, Scrum, Kanban)
  7. Must have the following certification – PMP from PMI, Minimum Worked in CMMi Level 3 company.
  8. Drive all PMO activities in coordination with a team of senior technical and non-technical professionals dedicated to the implementation and enablement of company-wide data and analytics platforms.
  9. Plan, lead and facilitate Agile practices like sprint planning, burn up/burndowns, cross-functional scrum team dependencies, create release schedules and related staffing plans.
  10. Advanced knowledge in 7 of the 10 Project Management knowledge areas in terms of reporting and building templates & Five Process areas.

  4. Project Monitoring and Controlling – Draw and maintain Schedule, Monitor and report risk, maintain RAIDO (Risk, Assumption, Issues and Definition, Out of Scope) documents clearly.
