Agile Project Manager | Job Summary

To lead and execute projects for our crypto investment platform, catering to Indian investors. Agile Project Manager, you will guide the project team to achieve peak performance, offering clear direction and motivation. You will manage projects from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering exceptional value to customers. Your leadership will be key in driving the development of innovative solutions in the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency investment space. You will implement Scrum practices, working closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Development Teams to ensure projects are delivered effectively.

Agile Project Manager | Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage the project team to ensure maximum performance by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
• As Agile Project Manager Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, coordinating internal and external resources to adhere to scope and schedule.
• Identify schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and progress reports, analyzing project status and revising scope and timelines when necessary.
• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day reports on project status and changes.
• Implement processes to manage project scope, set quality standards, and evaluate risks effectively.
• Identify and allocate resources efficiently to align with project needs and enhance team productivity.
• Track resource utilization to maximize efficiency and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Generate reports on task progress and share them with respective channels.
• Foster a collaborative environment by effectively managing and mentoring team members, promoting professional development, and enhancing team performance.
• Drive initiatives to improve team productivity and cultivate a positive engineering culture by implementing best practices, encouraging open communication, and recognizing achievements.

Agile Project Manager | Desired Key Skills

• 4–6 years of project management experience with a focus on Agile and Scrum methodologies as Agile Project Manager or similar roles.
• Experience managing product development teams using JavaScript, Java, and cybersecurity technologies.
• Experience in Scrum roles such as Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Development Team is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent presentation skills.
• Project management certification such as CSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agilist is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe is a plus.
