Oracle Cloud Consultants – Role Description

Oracle Cloud Technical Consultants with expertise in either PaaS or SaaS, and specialized experience in Oracle Cloud HCM. The role involves designing, developing, and integrating Oracle Cloud solutions, customizing applications to meet business needs, and ensuring seamless deployment and support. Ideal candidates will have strong experience with tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS). You’ll collaborate closely with functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to work on innovative projects within a dynamic environment.

Role & Responsibilities: Oracle Cloud Consultants

  • Oracle Cloud PaaS Technical Consultant:
    • Design, develop, and deploy applications using Oracle Cloud PaaS tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), and other middleware solutions.
    • Integrate Oracle SaaS applications with on-premise or other cloud applications.
    • Customize and extend Oracle Cloud applications to meet business requirements.
  • Oracle Cloud SaaS Technical Consultant:
    • Handle technical configurations, customizations, and integrations within Oracle SaaS applications (e.g., Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle ERP Cloud).
    • Manage data migrations, develop custom reports, and support SaaS application enhancements.
    • Collaborate with functional teams to implement solutions that meet business needs.
  • Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant:
    • Provide expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, including both functional setup and technical customization.
    • Configure and optimize HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, etc.
    • Develop and maintain integrations, data migrations, and custom reports specific to HCM.

Preferred Oracle Cloud Consultants Profile

  • Strong experience in Oracle Cloud (PaaS or SaaS) with a focus on technical consulting.
  • Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), VBCS, OTBI, BI Publisher, or related tools.
  • Proven track record in implementing Oracle Fusion applications, particularly in HCM or ERP.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and functional stakeholders.
