This role involves driving revenue growth and market share in specific West region accounts, meeting or surpassing quarterly revenue targets, and developing comprehensive account plans in collaboration with AWS and Azure teams. It requires building strategic relationships with CXOs, conducting presentations on AWS services, and minimizing dependence on pre-sales support.
The role also entails collaborating with ISV/OEM and AWS BDMs, managing contract negotiations, and providing consistent prospect feedback. Candidates should have substantial experience in direct IT product/services/cloud sales, demonstrate leadership skills, possess excellent English communication abilities, and work independently while building strong relationships.
- Drive revenue growth and enhance market share within the designated accounts located in either the West regions.
- Achieve or surpass quarterly revenue targets to ensure consistent business performance.
- Formulate and execute comprehensive account strategies in alignment with both AWS and Azure teams.
- Foster and maintain meaningful customer engagements to strengthen client relationships.
- Cultivate long-term strategic partnerships with CXOs within key accounts, demonstrating proficiency in delivering mass presentations and facilitating discussions on AWS services.
- Contribute to pre-sales statements of work/documentation, reducing the reliance on pre-sales support for initial calls and meetings.
- Collaborate with ISV/OEM and AWS Business Development Managers to expand market reach and drive adoption of services.
- Engage in regular coordination with AWS teams and participate in joint planning sessions with our principal OEM, which is a pivotal weekly requirement of this role.
- Lead contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
- Consistently provide feedback from prospective clients regarding our services and pricing to the leadership team, offering valuable suggestions for potential additions to our service portfolio. Additionally, this role encompasses responsibilities related to sales team enablement, collateral development, pre-sales coordination, lead management, proposal creation, and support in acquiring new customers.
