Honoring Commitment – During the challenging transition from office-based work to remote work, we placed utmost importance on honoring our commitments to our valued clients and candidate. By guaranteeing that employment offers were 100% honored, we safeguarded the morale of our candidates during a time when economic uncertainty was affecting many organizations. This proactive approach was not only crucial for immediate candidate satisfaction but also for future planning and recruitment strategies.
Recruiters Transition – Our recruiters excel in sourcing, scheduling, coordinating interviews, and collecting feedback to provide the best candidate experience. We initially relied on an efficient internal database for seamless communication on the office floor. Transitioning this process to the virtual realm took us 60 days but proved successful.
Infrastructure – Fortunately, during the previous four years, we had already integrated Google Workspace for 50% of our software infrastructure, covering everything from email to databases. Transitioning the remaining 50% to Google Cloud took just two months, and we have been content with the results ever since.
Tools – During the initial three months of remote work, our recruiters and sales teams searched for the right communication tools. As a recruitment company, maintaining a lively and accessible presence is crucial.
